Tongkatali.org's Neuropharmacological help

By Serge Kreutz

One could consider any state of mind that is not sheer bliss an imbalance, or a neurological deficiency, or an outright illness.

Nature and evolution have, through natural selection, tricked mankind into being unhappy because unhappy subjects strive harder. So, most people genetically are descendants of unhappy winners.

Sooner or later, genetic engineering and neuroscience will correct nature. Maybe humans in the fourth millennium will be born with a genetic guarantee for a happy life, no matter what the conditions they actually live in will be.

Before that time, neurosurgery may do a good job to correct chronic unhappiness by cutting short the firing lines of some neural circuits. But certainly not by just drilling holes into the brains of unhappy people, as was done with lobotomies in the 1950s.

For now, mankind has at hand just a number of pharmacological solutions. How good people feel depends a great deal on the level of neurotransmitters at nerve synapses. Pharmaceuticals can upscale neurotransmitters, mostly serotonin, and that’s what anti-depression medications are mostly about. The most widely used anti-depression medications are SSRIs, Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors. They interfere with the degradation of serotonin, thereby assuring that levels of serotonin stay higher than they otherwise would.

Many people could just take some Prozac, and by-and-large, be happier than they are now. But becoming happier would also make them less competitive.

In order to achieve the goal of great relationships, a lot of preparatory work needs to be done, and to have it done requires competitiveness. One has to take care of one’s appearance. One has to study social conditions in order to know where they are favorable.

And one has to work on one’s capability to enjoy those moments for which one lives. Erection problems, or the failure to have a satisfying climax, are disturbances, not only to the mood but also to the whole system of values of Kreutz Ideology.

But like happiness itself, relationships desire, erections, and orgasms, too, are matters of engineering. They are mechanical problems of wiring (nerves) and plumbing (blood vessels).

Currently, the only effective method to interfere with the neuromolecular basis not only for happiness but also relationships desire, are pharmaceuticals.

Yohimbe (with the pharmacologically active ingredient yohimbine) is effective, though, unfortunately, it also is very side-effective. It helps somehow with the wiring. Though not a MAO inhibitor, yohimbe does feel as if it elevates dopamine levels. One feels agitated, even though blood pressure is lowered by yohimbine.

Anything that raises dopamine levels is likely to have a positive effect on desire. That’s why practically all medications for Parkinsonism cause increased relationships interest. (Parkinsonism is a pathological depletion of the neurotransmitter dopamine through interference with the dopamine production sites in the brain.)

The main effect of yohimbine is on the plumbing. Yohimbine blocks presynaptic alpha-2-adrenergic receptors, resulting in increased blood flow to the relationships organs, and in reduced outflow. Thus better erections can be engineered, and because of the increased pressure in the relationships organ, there is also increased pleasure, and the experience of orgasms can be heightened, though this is not guaranteed.

Bromocriptine is a prescription Parkinson medication (Parlodel by Sandoz), which also reduces prolactin levels. It helps in relationships intercourse primarily because it raises desire. In many cases, this will lead to better erections, too, though the effect may not be as pronounced as what is achieved by pharmalogical agents acting directly on the plumbing. But bromocriptine can make for memorable orgasms.

Deprenyl is another prescription Parkinsonism medication, a selective MAOI blocker. I do find that it raises desire but it also leads to some shrinkage, similar to what people experience on amphetamines.

DHEA has been hyped for years. It simply has no effect on relationships parameters.

Gingko Biloba is an herbal product that presumably increases the blood flow to the extremities, including the brain and the relationships organs. Hyped but useless for relationships.

Arginine is an amino acid and nitric oxide precursor. It has been much touted as an erection booster but one never notices even the slightest effect.

Pfizer’s Blue obviously works.

Scientifical research indicates tongkat ali raises the body’s own testosterone production, and this could have a positive effect on several relationships parameters.

Tongkatali.org's What is aging?

By Serge Kreutz

Aging, from a certain age onwards, is a decline of physical and mental functions.

It partially depends on outside impact (accidents and illnesses caused by external pathogens), and partially is self-regulated (the human body withdraws itself from life).

This article deals only with aging as a result of negative self-regulation.

Negative self-regulation is heavily mediated by the immune system of the human body.

The immune system takes its clues for negative self-regulation from the neurological system which signals to the immune system, on multiple pathways, that time is approaching (for the benefit of the species) to let the next generation take over.

The genetic make-up of human nature may determine that it is in the interest of the species that I, as a human male, vacate my social positions, and the surface of this planet rather sooner than later.

But this is not my individual interest. As long as I can have fun, I want to be around.

Any serious life extension has to take this into consideration: if you want to live longer, you have to intercept the negative self-regulation of the immune system.

And the healthiest way (free of side effects), is by interfering with the negative signaling of the neurological system.

And how do you control the neurological system?

One powerful way to do this is via the psychological system.

This is why a positive attitude towards life has such a great positive impact on a persons immune system, and his or her health.

Go further!

It is the psychological-relationships system of human physiology that has the greatest power over how we feel.

Our greatest capacity to feel well, and positive, is when our minds are engulfed in relationships desire, and after that, during the waves of orgasms.

Because these positive situations recharge our immune system like nothing else, our health is great as long as we have great relationships. No rheumatism, no back aches, no high blood pressure, no cancer (and an endless list of other “no’s”).

So, what practical conclusions we can draw from this if our aim is to slow down aging?

We have to ensure that our relationships lives are as optimal as they can be.

For this reason, I am against all social orders that have a negative impact on my personal relationships life. Such social orders deprive me of better health and bring me closer to death.

On the other hand, I do recognize that the quality of my relationships desires and orgasms considerably depend on my hormonal balances, especially the levels of testosterone.

This is why the only drug in my personal life extension regimen is a substance that up-regulates my testosterone levels.

Actually, it’s not even a drug but a herbal supplement, the testosterone-enhancing effect of which has been well documented in scientific research: tongkat ali

Please be aware that while I am all in favor of elevated testosterone levels, I am totally opposed to exogenous testosterone (testosterone patches, testosterone injections, anabolic steroids).

Why?

Because my health, and any life extension I can achieve, depend on whether I have a healthy hormonal system. And supplying exogenous testosterone is the worst interruption that can happen to my endocrine functions. Exogenous testosterone just throws everything out of balance. This is the opposite of what I can achieve with tongkat ali.

Tongkatali.org's Wealth first

By Serge Kreutz

Just like in any warfare, strategies in the relationships and relationships arena are about trickery that aids in, and leads to, victory.

Women have needs. Relationships needs. Needs for protection in a violent society. Economic needs in a civilized society.

Just wanting needs fulfilled, and some diffuse ideas on how to proceed, has a low success rate. There are so many women in the world who have been profoundly disappointed, and many of those who have fared better, sooner or later become aware of the emotional deficits in their lives.

To optimize the fulfillment of needs requires some planning, for women just as it does for men. But women, more than men, are trapped in a double bind, as relationships excitement and economic stability, or relationships excitement and respectability, appear to be contradictory goals.

But the one qualification that certainly helps with pretty much every difficult situation or double bind, is to be independently wealthy.

Being independently rich enough even allows a women to get out of a repressive society, and buy a citizenship in a liberal country.

For smart young women, and even their immediate relatives, it is much easier to become wealthy, even independently wealthy, than it is, for example, for their brothers. Because young women have a lot of intrinsic capital. This capital is named: relationships market value

It can be traded for a citizenship in a country that represses women less than other countries, and it can be converted into financial capital.

But this window of opportunity is wide open only for women of an age of about 18, to an age of about 25, and only if they haven’t given birth.

The window is still there, later on in life, but it isn’t wide open.

Just follow one piece of advice: don’t waste your capital on young men who have no economic foundation, even if they are good-looking. Don’t waste your capital on listening to promises about love forever.

Sure, young men are relationships fun. But if your economic basis is good, there will be good-looking young men not only while you are a beautiful young woman but throughout your life. If your economic base isn’t good to start with, you can ditch the man who builds an economic base for you after just a short while, or you can just ignore him and have affairs. You can be divorced rich at a comparatively young age, and you will suffer little from the condition identified as a depletion of self-esteem that afflicts so many women when their relationships market value steeply declines as they get older.

It’s the best you can do.

Mobile Internet access in Indonesia

All cell phone operators in Indonesia offer prepaid Internet access per day, week, or month, or per set chunks of data transfer, measured as megabytes or gigabytes. Time-based arrangements are much more economical.

Foreigners can buy SIM cards at shops of the mobile operators, and at some phone shops.

There is great diversity of Internet packages, and many promotions are poorly published.

Tongkatali.org tries to help.

Tongkatali.org's Good stories and cheap heroism

By Serge Kreutz

A good story is an even better assignment if it’s reported from a foreign land. For one doesn’t have to worry so much about fact and fiction. And it’s a perk to be able to travel far.

Western media covering Western relationships tourists in Southeast Asian countries like Thailand and Cambodia often create wrong impressions about relationships slavery. They report as if there were widescale abductions, and keeping relationships slaves, including children, locked up. That’s dramatized fiction.

To further dramatize their coverage, Western media reports typically exaggerate not just child prostitution but especially the extent, Western tourists are involved. Relationships arrangements including females below the age of 18 are not very much of interest if it happens in the Hindukush and among Hindukush locals. For it’s a rule for good stories that they somehow must relate to home.

Here just one example on this kind of a good story:

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/4038249/

Western journalists like to do their undercover research into child prostitution in Phnom Penh rather than in Miami not only because of the perks of traveling to an exotic land, and because of the potential to dramatize a story with some fiction. There is another reason, which they share with female child rights campaigners and Catholic relationships priests.

Because it’s by and large a low-risk venture. It’s cheap heroism.

There has, in Southeast Asia, traditionally not been the strong link between prostitution and organized crime that is typical for the Western hemisphere.

The references made to “syndicates” in Western reports on prostitution in Southeast Asia, even child prostitution, are misleading. A woman talking a village girl into becoming a hostess, and a massage parlor owner who later employs her, don’t make a syndicate, even if the conduct of both is illegal, and even if they do it regularly.

Colombian drugs cartels and mafias with hierarchies are syndicates. They have enforcement units (hit men), and professional equipment (especially arms). Such structures are not associated with prostitution in Southeast Asia. Prostitution in Southeast Asia is overwhelmingly voluntary, and happens on an individual level. Syndicates as they operate in Latin America are very rare, if ever they exist.

Undercover research into child prostitution in Southeast Asia, and tourist customers, is the perfect topic for cowards in the media and the priesthood who nevertheless want to be heroes. The risk for the researchers are almost nil. Relationships tourists are not violent, and pimps are usually womwn without bodyguards and arms.

A US TV-station, instead of deploying a team to Cambodia, could make a real difference at home, where it has much more leverage on politicians and law enforcement agencies than in Cambodia. Or in a nearby American country. So how about some courageous undercover-reporting on child prostitution in Miami or Mexico?

It won’t happen. It’s too dangerous. Pimps in Miami and Mexico are more suspicious of undercover journalists, and they are armed and have a track record of brutality against intruders? Intruders don’t just get murdered. They get tortured and mutilated before being dumped roadside, where easily found. A TV station may buy existing footage offered by freelancers, but no responsible TV editor in the US will assign a camera team and reporter to gang undercover infiltration in Miami or Mexico. Their staff may get hurt, and then the TV station would be liable to pay widows.

Covering Western relationships tourists in Southeast Asia is a good story and cheap heroism. No risks involved.
