Yohimbine plus Pfizer’s Blue

By Serge Kreutz

I was careful trying the combination of yohimbine and sildenafil citrate, but I am glad I did. This is one of the few cases where a combination clearly is superior to either of the drugs alone.

I started combining 5 to 10 milligram yohimbine with 10 to 20 milligram of sildenafil citrate, and the results were surprisingly good; they were definitely better than the results for sildenafil citrate alone.

While a phosphodiesterase inhibitor alone may be a reliable agent in bringing about an erection, even in men who otherwise cannot achieve one, Phosphodiesterase inhibitors have far less mental effect than does yohimbine. If the aim is making good relationships better, and not just making intercourse possible, then yohimbine alone has an edge over a phosphodiesterase inhibitor alone.

However, as stated above, I have found the combination of a regular dose of yohimbine with a comparatively small dose of sildenafil citrate a surprisingly pleasant experience. Though for both medications, heart problems are cited as possible side effects, I myself did not experience any complications. The sildenafil citrate just resulted in a very quick and lasting erectile reflex, while the yohimbine provided the usual mental and physical relationships tenseness as a base on which to start with. The effects of sildenafil citrate wore off faster than those of the yohimbine (sildenafil citrate = 6 to 8 hours, yohimbine around 20 hours).

I have tried to increase the sildenafil component in the combination but achieved no better results. When going up to 50 milligram of sildenafil citrate, I actually seem to have weaker orgasms than on some 20 milligram. The 20 milligram of sildenafil citrate in combination with the yohimbine already provide an erection that doesn’t leave much to be desired, so any further attempts could only target orgasm strength. To that end, reducing the sildenafil to some 20 milligram is actually helpful.

On the other hand, further increasing the yohimbine component gives me tachycardia (increased heartbeat), which I’d like to avoid if possible. In the case of combining yohimbine with sildenafil citrate, I was lucky to have found the combination that works best for me right in my first trial.

Please note: Pfizer’s erection pill alone is a disappointment for me; it produces an erection all right, but an erection alone doesn’t result in desire, and without increased desire, intercourse is boring.

I am not a physician. Therefore, my report on my own experience is not intended as medical advice. I myself meanwhile have a good tolerance for yohimbe / yohimbine. Still, in between sildenafil citrate and yohimbine, the latter is more likely to cause unpleasant side effects. Whoever intends to experiment with a combination of sildenafil citrate and yohimbine should start with very low dosages of both medications, just to see how well they are tolerated.

While both yohimbine and sildenafil citrate are prescription medications in the US and some other countries, I am not aware of physicians commonly prescribing the two in tandem. They should. It also doesn’t seem as if Pfizer would have done studies of the two drugs in combination, or that the FDA would have required such studies. Pfizer’s interest is obviously in marketing sildenafil citrate, not in promoting another therapeutic agent, yohimbine.

You want genuine tongkat ali, don't be gullible

By Serge Kreutz

Do you want to know what sets us apart from the rest in the tongkat ali market?

We don't just talk, like the rest. We trade genuine tongkat ali extract, produced in a government-approved facility, and we have a product which we are explicitly authorized to sell as medicinal herb.

So, we are actually allowed by the Indonesian government to claim that our extract has a therapeutic effect.

But we abstain from publishing therapeutic claims on our websites because our main markets are in the US and the EU. And we don't have pharmaceutical licenses for the US and the EU.

We have spent way north of 100,000 US dollars on our latest Nomor Depkes, an approval to sell our tongkat ali extract as medicinal herb with health benefits.

To get a comparative US FDA approval, we would have to spend several million US dollars. This is beyond our means.

The current legal situation on the US herbals market is, that just about anybody can fill cassava flour into capsules and write tongkat ali standardized 1:200 extract on the label.

And that just is what anybody does.

It sometimes feels as if there are more tongkat ali traders in the world than there are tongkat ali trees.

Most are scammers and spammers.

Consider tongkat ali from a certain source?

This is how to protect yourself:

First, check whether they have any elements that are hard to come by: anything issued by any kind of authority. Best is a government product approval number. But you want an actual document, not a logo. Anybody can copy-paste logos onto a website.

Second, look for photographic evidence. A tongkat ali factory should have tongkat ali roots. But careful. Don't fall for tongkat ali photos pulled from the web. Ideally, photos should show identification of the seller as part of the photo, not as text inserted into photos.

Below examples of tongkat ali illustrations that are not trustworthy. Most are Chinese. The photos are not authentic, and the GMP or FDA or other logos mean nothing. They are just copy-pasted. They are ZERO proof that these products are licensed or comply in any way. Only webspam.

The full tongkat ali 1:200 extract story, and a psychopath on the prowl for killings

By Serge Kreutz

Indonesian Ethnobotany, 2019

Sumatra Pasak Bumi started trading tongkat ali extract in the late 1990s when tongkat ali was virtually unknown. There only was one Malaysian company trading tongkat ali on the Internet before us. They have long stopped.

Our first tongkat ali extract was 1:50 strength. This is the strength one gets naturally, without any sophistication.

You can try this at home. Just boil 5 kilograms of tongkat ali root chips for about an hour. Then discard the roots. Next evaporate the water.

The evaporation process is more complicated than boiling the chipped root to make a liquid extract.

We at Sumatra Pasak Bumi use our own vacuum evaporation machine. Actually, the installation is bigger than a machine, so we may as well call it a vacuum evaporation plant.

The technic that we apply was invented by Henri Nestlé in 1866. It's based on standard physics. The lower the pressure that is exerted on a liquid, the lower the evaporation temperature (boiling point).

Thus, under low pressure, you can evaporate or condense milk without long cooking. You still have to heat your milk beyond 100 Celsius (centigrade) / 212 Fahrenheit for a few minutes to pasteurize it (kill all microorganisms). For this process, you need a pressure cooker, or autoclaving equipment, which, obviously, we also employ.

If you evaporated all water of your boiled tongkat ali root, you will get a hardened film sticking to your dish, glas or stainless steel, which you will have to scrap off and mill or grind. That will be your 1:50 extract, a mixture of inorganic and organic compounds. The inorganic compounds include minerals and salts. These are more crystalline than organic compounds which usually are softer to the touch.

Tongkatali.org's Depressed for a reason

By Serge Kreutz

Optimal relationships experience, followed by a comfortable death, is the only sensible concept in life.

We do not live to please a specific god, or for the sake of our children, and there is no meaning in an, however identified, common good. The only perspective that makes philosophical sense is that we live to please ourselves, and orgasms are the ultimate pleasure.

There are a good number of aspects that play a role in orgasms, and their quality. Orgasms aren’t alike. Men can produce ejaculate as the result of laboring their relationships organs, almost unaccompanied by relationships fantasies or relationships pleasure. They also can ejaculate almost involuntarily, purely as a result of psychological, not physiological stimulation. There is no doubt that the second kind of orgasms provides a much higher level of satisfaction.

In accordance with the materialistic principles of science, psychological aspects have their physiological equivalents. Jealousy, for example, is an emotion, but it also is a biochemical process. Nevertheless, I sort jealousy under psychological aspects because it has a mental expression. The health of my cardiovascular system, a precondition for good erections, does not have a primary mental expression… but nevertheless greatly influences the quality of my orgasms.

I am sure that the solution to the problem of loss of excitement in orgasms will first be pharmacological, then surgical, and finally genetical. It will not be psychological, and even less philosophical. When overcoming the loss of excitement in orgasms will be as easy as stopping by a pharmacy, there will no longer be any need for treatises as the one you are currently reading. Such essays will be as unnecessary as sessions with a psychotherapist for the purpose of overcoming depression. Go and buy yourself some Prozac.

The loss of the orgasm quality is physiological. Our brains and testes no longer produce the right mix of hormones, neurotransmitters, prostaglandins, peptides, and whatever else is of relevance to afford us the ultimate bliss.

Medical science so far does not concern itself much with orgasm quality, but there already are prescription pharmaceuticals, dopaminergics, that somehow improve orgasms. These drugs are used in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. However, in people not afflicted with Parkinson’s, they tend to cause nausea. Worst in this respect is lisuride.

While the nausea may be bearable for some people more than for others, these Parkinson’s medications are prescription drugs all the same for everyone. Some of them are also extremely expensive.

Butea superba, a Thai herbal, is probably the only pharmacological agent that improves orgasm quality without side effects.

Butea superba has a unique double mode of action by enhancing testosterone synthesis and inhibiting phosphodiesterase at the same time.

Phosphodiesterase inhibition is the route of action of prescription drugs for erectile dysfunction.

But butea superba doesn’t feel like these prescription drugs. Butea superba facilitates erections more naturally because they happen in tandem with heightened libido.

And then, more specifically, butea superba extends the time frame of the pre-orgasmic plateau.

For most men, the pre-orgasmic plateau is just 2 or 3 seconds, and younger men often don’t know how to enjoy it.

The pre-orgasmic plateau is the moment when male ejaculation becomes certain, regardless of whether penetrative thrusting is continued or not. Physiologically, it is the time when sperm and the fluids of the seminal vesicles accumulate at the base of the urethra for expulsion.

This phase of the orgasm is already highly pleasurable, even though younger men are hardly aware of it. Older men more often can enjoy this phase, and they stop penetration, and let it come all by itself.

Butea superba can extend this plateau phase, and give it a duration of 5 to 10 seconds, which feels like an eternity of the most exquisite pleasure.

Because the directors of porn movies usually demand that ejaculation happens in front of the lens, rather than inside the female body, studs often supplement with butea superba. Not only does butea superba help them to stay focused on their assignment of the day in spite of unromantic onlookers; butea superba also allows them more time to withdraw from the woman and position their vital organ before the camera before shooting their loads.

Tongkatali.org's Engineering youth

By Serge Kreutz

Now having reached a considerable age myself, and taking all efforts to fight its ill effects, I can attest to the fact that age in itself is nothing. It’s not a disease, anyway.

What we have been thinking of as ageing in terms of decline is just the sum of individual ailments. Reduced muscular strength is an ailment. The decline of memory functions is an ailment. Decreased relationships appetite is an ailment. Age is not. We could be living 500 years or more, and at the age of 400 appear as youthful as 20-year-old specimens of the current legacy wetware. It’s really all just a matter of technology, of engineering.

My children, or my grandchildren, or my offspring in the third, or forth, or fifth generation, stand a good chance of reaching that age. However, one never knows. One is never too old to give it a try to live longer. Just do everything right in engineering for yourself, on the current level of technology, the best level of youth as is possible.

A good number of recipes to that end have been known for quite some time. Apart from that, new technologies are developed every day.

Of course, the great breakthrough will be in genetic engineering. We only experience a decline when having reached a certain age (lets say, the mid-thirties) because nature has genetically programmed us to do so. It wouldn’t have to be like this. We could just a well be genetically programmed to live for hundreds of years, such as some parrots and turtles, or for more than a thousand years, such as some trees and other plants.

Though, the breakthrough will be in genetic engineering, we shall not think of it, and will not experience it, as a singular victory over the aging process itself. Genetic engineering will provide a series of solutions for specific ailments. There will be a genetic engineering solution for Alzheimer’s and for diabetes, a genetic engineering solution for dysmenorrhea and erectile dysfunction, a genetic engineering solution for osteoporosis and one for obesity. The future is bright. We are almost there.

Until then, we have to rely on other technologies for engineering youth: pharmacology, prevention medicine, dietetics, surgery, exercise, commonsense.

Why commonsense A part of the decline of an individual life is the consequence of largely avoidable events. Accidents, for example.

A life span of 90 years is a realistic prognosis for anyone alive today, provided that person applies currently available technologies. We tend to think of technologies as something high-tech. While this is justified because it correspondents with common usage of the term technology, I willfully use the term technology for many a low-tech approach, just in order to save these simple techniques from being forgotten when youth engineering is discussed.

Such simple techniques include eating wisely, observing a regimen of daily exercise, not smoking and avoiding other pleasure poisons, good sleep.

All of these prescriptions go a long way, but of course they only go so far. You will need more. Cosmetic surgery, for example, to get rid of the visual signs of aging.

You will have to do something pharmacological to ensure that neurotransmitter levels and functionality will be at youthful levels. Fortunately, there is an ever increasing arsenal of pharmaceutical agents which are either dopaminergic or serotoninergic.

Not all pharmacological means of engineering youth (within limits) are new discoveries. A herbal medication (tongkat ali) that, for example, keeps testosterone levels in men at a youthful levels, has recently been rediscovered by modern science, though it has been around for thousands of years. The traditional equivalent for youthful female hormone levels, kacip fatima, is still in the research pipeline.

Tongkatali.org's You can be an alpha male

By Serge Kreutz

You know my philosophy. There is nothing worth living for except to enjoy those moments of bliss which we experience when we have orgasmic relationships with a newly conquered woman or girl who herself is comparatively new to relationships, or only had relationships with very few men. Routine relationships with a steady partner is not a valid substitute. Neither is relationships with prostitutes.

Obviously, this doesn't match democratic mathematics. If I myself, during my lifetime, have relationships with hundreds of girls and young women for whom I am one of the first relationships contacts, or the first definite one, then (given an approximate worldwide demography of 50 percent men and 50 percent women) hundreds of other men must go empty-handed, or must be content with very few mates, or mates who had their first relationships contacts with other, better, men. Those are the betas. I am an alpha.

I am an alpha neither by birth (no nobility) nor inheritance (since I was 16 or 17, I never depended on contributions from my parents or family, nor did I receive them). I am an alpha male based on my intellect, my street smartness. Not every environment equally accommodates my ambitions. It's my street-smartness that made me decide to pursue my relationships adventures in countries where the conditions to do so are better than in the US or Western Europe.

And it's my intellect that allows me to morally justify my desires, as well as the street-smartness I use to pursue turning them into reality.

Yes, I have caused tears of love and longing for many girls with whom I had an affair much shorter than what they would have liked. I am not cruel. I am not aggravating their love-sickness, and to the best of my knowledge, I have caused none of them to commit suicide (not because of me, anyway).

But I have to go on, and on, and on. I am beyond 50, and there I have no difficulty to turn a new 20-year-old totally lovesick for me every 2 weeks.

I am neither famous, or a star (this would be terribly counterproductive for my exploits), nor am I really rich. My net worthy is less than 100,000 US dollars, and that's good enough for me, and the life I live.

I am 6 feet, 85 kg, not terribly athletic but definitely of a sufficiently male appearance. I have had some affordable good quality operations done so that my age doesn't show, and in the environment where I live, I can easily pass for twenty years younger.

But this is not the secret of my success. The secret is my knowledge on where to pursue my exploits. I have traveled the world for relationships adventures for more than 20 years. During my early twenties, I have been a reporter for newspapers and magazines in Germany, and, after a short tour in television, become a foreign correspondent for German newspapers and radio stations ijn Asia. I also wrote a series of travel guides. What a boring career. The only thing I really cared to research was where to have the best relationships.

The results of this research, I have not previously published. Nor have I published on the tools of the trade: how to pursue your adventures in specific countries.

But this information is now available for members of the "Kreutz relationships opportunities" member section of www.SexualEnhancement.org.

Regardless of whether you are 25, or 40, or 55, you can become an alpha male. You can become a man who has a new love affair every week, usually with a woman below 25, or below 20. Provided you do so at places I recommend.

To pursue a fantastic lifestyle at the right places, you only need an independent income of about 2000 US dollars net per month, and the freedom to live a good part of the year in a so-called Third World country.

This is what I charge: 150 US dollars for the "Kreutz relationships opportunities" membership.

This is what you get:

1. Information on where and how to organize your relationships adventures... adventures you have so far only dreamed about. Yes, you can turn them into reality. You can be an alpha male. (This is the core of the program.)

2. Advice on the best countries to pursue your relationships exploits (as mentioned above, I have lived, and hunted, in Third World countries for more than 20 years.)

3. When you have solved the supply problem, you may have difficulties keeping up, physically, with all the girls you have the opportunity to bed. For an additional charge of 150 US dollars, you can also become a "Kreutz relationships function" member.

4. Personal advice on matters of settling in a suitable Third World country, and on possibilities to generate income while living there.

5. Advice (if desired) on improving one's appearance and physique, for example through cosmetic surgery (which, in Third World countries, often is of inferior quality, and a risk, if you don't know the proper addresses in various countries; I know them).

When you have become a member, first tell me about yourself by email) to allow me an individual assessment of your background and the options that would be best for you.

While everybody can be an alpha male, no two cases are alike. Different countries are best, depending on your own race, on your age, your financial status, even your religion. Only one thing is certain: everybody can become an alpha male, enjoying an endless stream of young beautiful women.

I never published in free-access articles, what, in my opinion, the best destinations are for relationships adventures. I don't even tell it in email replies (to non-members of "Kreutz relationships opportunities"). And the address under which I registered my domains and businesses is not where I live, but where I left (after having started out there some two decades ago). I am not a fool. Hundreds read my public-access articles every day. And many of my readers agree that I know what I'm talking about. If I were to recommend a specific destination, then a good number of men would flock there. This would be totally counterproductive for myself. Every good place is good only as long as it is not too crowded (in this case, by Western men in pursuit of local women).

I have more than 20 years of experience living in Third World countries for the sole purpose of having great relationships.

Tongkatali.org's Good times

By Serge Kreutz

Obviously, the era in which we live is not something we could choose, or decide upon to our liking. However, I sometimes muse over the question how the times from the beginnings of the 1950s to now (incidentally the time of my own life) compares, for relationships self-fulfillment purposes, with earlier times, or with times to come.

I am convinced that not all periods of history have been, are, and will be equally suited for a sexually adventurous lifestyle for a man of European descent.

When I first settled in Southeast Asia, at the beginning of the 80s, Southeast Asia, and even East Asia, was better than it is now. But by all I know about relationships Southeast Asia before my time here, it was still better in the 60s and 70s.

I don't think that, from a relationships perspective, Asia was better before World War II. Or, to be more precise: I don't think that, from a relationships perspective, the world overall was a better place before World War II, for a simple reason: there were no antibiotics.

I am sure that most human societies have developed in a sexually restrictive direction because of infectious, sexually transmitted diseases. In times before the availability of antibiotics to treat syphilis, gonorrhea, or chlamydia, a sexually loose lifestyle almost certainly meant: a pus-clogged urethra, chancroid sores, and a short lifespan. The historic success of sexually restrictive religions certainly had to do with the fact that such societies were much more likely to keep their members uninfected from gonococci, spirochaetae, genital candida, and scabies.

Actually, I suspect that in earlier ages, a good number of the men who became pious after having lived excessively at a younger age, did so because the level of genital infectious damage they had accumulated put further relationships enjoyment out of reach.

Promiscuity flourished in the 1960s and 1970s not because of metaphysical insight that good relationships is the only thing in life worth living for, but because penicillin and emerging other antibiotics made even the wildest promiscuity a health non-risk.

The 1980s saw the emergence of AIDS. Fundamentalist Christians have always preached that this particular disease had been God-sent to punish homosexuals, men who visit prostitutes, or those who engage in other unholy relationships practices. AIDS fits the relationships and social agenda of fundamentalist Christians so nicely that, on the other side of the metaphysical divide, they have blamed the Vatican in cohorts with the CIA to have invented it.

Yes, the Southeast Asia of the 1960s and the 1970s probably had more to offer to the adventuring European or American man than what the region has to offer now.

As there were fewer Western tourists, any Western foreigner received optimal attention.

There also were fewer legal restrictions on relationships conduct than now. Many Southeast Asian countries now have statutes that have been written specifically for the purpose of restricting relationships activities of men from richer countries (just one example: Philippine newspapers are now restricted from running personals for Western men).

No AIDS in the 60s and 70s, and only little anti-relationships legislation in Southeast Asia. Is there nothing that speaks in favor of the decades from the early 1980s to the present time?

While the trend pointed downwards throughout the 80s and 90s, there has been one historic development that is a major plus in favor of the third millennium. Pfizer developed Viagra. As a men in his 50s, I definitely benefit from Viagra for erections. If I would have been born 30 years earlier, I would probably have enjoyed Southeast Asia in the early 60s. However, in the 70s I would already have reached an age of erectile decline. With plenty of relationships opportunities but severely impaired relationships function, I would have been in an awkward situation, indeed.

I conclude that for the simple reason that life wouldn't be the same without Viagra, I am happy with the fact that I didn't live earlier.

For the problem that Southeast Asia today no longer is the Southeast Asia of earlier post-World War II times, I have my own solution (which I am willing to share with site members). The point is that different conditions apply to different countries of Southeast Asia, and sometimes even to different regions within one country.

Southeast Asia overall has developed in a direction that doesn't provide more benefits for European and American men seeking relationships adventures. However, there still are places, which now and today are as good as other places were in the 1960s and 1970s. But one has to know where these places are. This information alone makes it worthwhile to be a Serge Kreutz relationships opportunities member (for details, please mail me).
