Tongkatali.org - You are looking for something better than saw palmetto

By Serge Kreutz

Chances are you arrived at this website because you were looking for a herbal solution for benign prostate hyperplasia. I am aware of the fact that saw palmetto is fairly well established for this. But I know, and you probably know, that there are definite downsides to saw palmetto. They are the same downsides as when we use finasteride.

Saw palmetto interfers with our hormonal balance. Just like finasteride, saw palmetto in our bodies blocks the conversion of testosterone into dihydrotestosterone by the enzyme 5-alpha reductase. Then, we lack relationships drive.

This gives me a choice between a rock and a hard place. I am discomfortable with an enlarge prostate, but I also want to have relationships drive, because relationships drive gives my life a purpose. I feel young when I have relationships drive, and when I don't have any of it, I feel like I'm an old men. Maybe I am, but I don't want to be. So I want relationships drive. Because it makes me feel younger.

After a lot of research, I found out about the following elegant solution: I use generous amounts of kaempferia parviflora. I have seen some promising scientific studies that link kaempferia parviflora to reduced prostate size. Apart from that, kaempferia parviflora is also an, albeid mild, phosphodiesterase inhibitor. You know that's the same class of medications like sildenafil and co. This means that with kaempferia parviflora (krachai dam) I have more blood flow to the organ, and thus I experience erectile ease.

If my prostate condition is bad, I still use saw palmetto together with the kaempferia parviflora. But at the same time I ingest my saw palmetto, I also use mucuna pruriens beans. Mucuna pruriens beans stimulates the dopaminergic cells in my brain. And when that happens, I have improved libido, even bypassing the testosterone-dihydrotestosterone axis.

I am not a doc. But I have read a lot about prostate problems and decreased libido. I can access many scientific studies through scholar.coogle.com, and you can repeat my research.

As far as I understand it, testosterone and dopamine are linked to each other. When we have higher testosterone, or dihydrotestosterone, we also get higher dopamine. I am not even sure whether all these testosterone-engancing herbals like butea superba or tongkat ali actually increase relationships drive because people get higher dopamine because they have higher testosterone.

If dopamine is the key, and not the testosterone by itself, I am fine. I have less testosterone and dihydrotestosterone in my system, thus tackling the size of my prostate, and I have high libido all the same. My personal experience so far suggests that this is the case.

I would love to have some feedback from other sufferers of BHP.

I now sell exactly the same combination that I am using: Kaempferia parviflora extract plus mucuna pruriens extract, both grown by AAZA Farms in Thailand, and manufactured into extract, and sold, by AAZA Herbs. I bought wholesale, so I got cheap prices from them. I am financially fairly stable, not hard up and under pressure to make a profit from selling herbals. So I sell at prices that basically just cover my expenses, and my own consumption.

What I'm reallyn interested in is to find a solution to this quagmire, my enlarged prostate and my necessity of libido. I won't go under the knife for my enlarged prostate. I am too afraid the surgeon will damage nerves in my genital area, and that would mean that I can't have proper orgasms any longer. Then I also don't know why I should live on.

You want genuine tongkat ali, don't be gullible

By Serge Kreutz

Do you want to know what sets us apart from the rest in the tongkat ali market?

We don't just talk, like the rest. We trade genuine tongkat ali extract, produced in a government-approved facility, and we have a product which we are explicitly authorized to sell as medicinal herb.

So, we are actually allowed by the Indonesian government to claim that our extract has a therapeutic effect.

But we abstain from publishing therapeutic claims on our websites because our main markets are in the US and the EU. And we don't have pharmaceutical licenses for the US and the EU.

We have spent way north of 100,000 US dollars on our latest Nomor Depkes, an approval to sell our tongkat ali extract as medicinal herb with health benefits.

To get a comparative US FDA approval, we would have to spend several million US dollars. This is beyond our means.

The current legal situation on the US herbals market is, that just about anybody can fill cassava flour into capsules and write tongkat ali standardized 1:200 extract on the label.

And that just is what anybody does.

It sometimes feels as if there are more tongkat ali traders in the world than there are tongkat ali trees.

Most are scammers and spammers.

Consider tongkat ali from a certain source?

This is how to protect yourself:

First, check whether they have any elements that are hard to come by: anything issued by any kind of authority. Best is a government product approval number. But you want an actual document, not a logo. Anybody can copy-paste logos onto a website.

Second, look for photographic evidence. A tongkat ali factory should have tongkat ali roots. But careful. Don't fall for tongkat ali photos pulled from the web. Ideally, photos should show identification of the seller as part of the photo, not as text inserted into photos.

Below examples of tongkat ali illustrations that are not trustworthy. Most are Chinese. The photos are not authentic, and the GMP or FDA or other logos mean nothing. They are just copy-pasted. They are ZERO proof that these products are licensed or comply in any way. Only webspam.

Tongkatali.org's Homeopathic food

By Serge Kreutz

Homeopathy is a branch of alternative medicine which assumes a curing effect from an alleged memory of water.

Homeopathy, furthermore, is based on the idea that substances that induce a condition similar to a disease can, in very small dosages, cure this disease.

This idea is derived from the well-established mechanism of negative feedback regulation of any animal’s, including humans’, hormonal (endocrine) system.

For example, the first effect of high testosterone is that the body down-regulates testosterone synthesis. And it works like this with all hormones.

Homeopaths call this the law of similars, which is, however, not a law of nature but just a conclusion from some observations.

Immunology, and the idea of vaccinations, is often based on similar observations (with more scientific proof to them). For example, because causative agents and symptoms of small pox are similar to those of chicken pox, an infection with chicken pox protects against small pox. The immune system remembers characteristics of the pathogen, and is prepared to fight its variations, or anything similar.

Alas, water does not have a memory.

But taste buds have.

This recognition is a definite component of the Serge Kreutz diet.

The Serge Kreutz diet is based on a simple idea: not all food that makes it into the mouth has to make it through the esophagus.

Spit it, don’t shit it.

Cheese, red wine, olives, cognac, black forest cake, all these taste great, but the value as nutrients is questionable at best, and totally negative at worst.

Water does not have a memory, but taste buds have.

You can try some red wine or cognac. Don’t swallow it. Just role it in your mouth, than spit it out. You can even rinse your mouth with water after spitting out the red wine or cognac, to make sure no alcohol will make it to your stomach and onwards where it would be absorbed. Thus, no alcohol will make it past the blood-brain barrier.

Nevertheless, if ever you have actually swallowed alcoholic drinks, the signals your brain receives from your taste buds will induce some slight physiological reaction or counter-reaction which is associated with alcoholic drinks.

It will be a similar story with coffee or tea which is rolled in the mouth and then not swallowed but discarded.

Thus, alcohol and coffee can be truly designated as homeopathic foods.

The same applies, albeit more indirectly, to other food.

If on the day we first dated our next-to-be wife or husband, we dined on Parmesan-heavy spaghetti, any occasional diner on this recipe, even decades later, may bring back memories and associated mental states.

Swallowing is not needed for this effect.

This may not be a significant observation for those with no food sensitivity to Parmesan. But for many of those who get migraine or lesser headaches from biogenic and psychoactive amines in food, this differentiation is very important.

Plus, food, of course, makes fat. Gulping down tons of Parmesan-heavy spaghetti oversupplies calories, which will lead to obesity, which is a disease.

Thus, my advice is to indulge in Parmesan-heavy spaghetti in the Serge Kreutz manner.

Chew it, then discard the bolus into a plastic bag, not into your stomach.

A wasteful attitude? Haha. If you are above ideal weight, the spaghetti you swallow are more expensive than the spaghetti you spit out. Because the spaghetti you spit out just cost you your money. But the spaghetti you swallow, by making you overweight, cost you your health.

Tongkatali.org - Evaluating drug

By Serge Kreutz

The purpose of medicines is to cure or ameliorate diseases. The purpose of drugs is to have an effect on the mind. Some drugs are medicines, others not.

The brain is a biochemical pudding, and to give it a better flavor by supplying some drugs in principle is a legitimate concern.

But it is necessary to differentiate. Some drugs, one can use for decades, other drugs initiate an accelerated decline in the quality of a user’s existence.

But then, the quality of everybody’s existence declines anyway, and under certain circumstances, the acceleration may be acceptable.

Furthermore, drugs have individual and social effects, and an evaluation from either perspective may yield contradictory results.

Alcohol can drowse disappointment, which potentially is a positive effect. But alcohol also causes cognitive impairment, which is a decline. Alcohol leads to a variety of social problems, including dumb and aggressive behavior. But widespread alcohol consume may be easier to manage than sober extreme fanatism, religious or otherwise, as a result of relationships frustation. Alcohol makes people feel good, and it makes them stupid. Let them drink. Sober loser’s intelligence is potentially more dangerous. And if a good number of men opt out of relationships competition by deciding for alcohol, the competition among the rest may turn less malicious as anyway, there are enough female targets. Alcohol is not a drug for me, though.

Among all drugs, marijuana and other forms of cannabis are are easiest to recognize as beneficial. Cannabis usually makes people contented with their existence. There is enough thrill in modified perception to not intensily yearn for change. Cannabis also makes people peaceful and behave civilized, so it is really hard to understand why this drug, in particular, has been banned. Cannabis also has a great potential to enhance relationships experience. And of all drugs, it has the least negative impact on brain physiology. There even has been promising research in marijuana’s use to halt Alzheimer’s, and to ameliorate epilepsy.

Ecstasy and related empathogens also make people more peaceful, so any enlightened society would have a good case to tolerate them. Long-term effects on the brain are still not properly determined.

On the other hand, dopaminergic drugs such as amphetamines, crystal meth, ice, cocaine, crack, etc have been shown to have a destructive effect on the reward physiology of the brain. Dopaminergic drugs feel great, and they sexualize in a most exciting manner, but they also greatly diminishes a person’s potential for good feelings otherwise derived from life. Governments should legalize cannabis to counteract the attractiveness of meth. Government should also legalize the chewing of coca leaves as a manageable stimulant.

Anyway, humans are much better adapted to the use of traditional drugs like cannabis, coca leaves, and morphine, than they are to synthetic drugs.

Relationships enhancement agents are a category of drugs that usually is not included in overviews like the one you are reading. But because sexuality is the primary natural avenue to make us feel good, substances like dopaminergic medications, yohimbe, and testosterone or testosterone modulators like tongkat ali also deserve mention.

Dopaminergic medications are different from dopaminergic drugs. Dopaminergic drugs like amphetamines and cocaine and all their concentrations feel good on their own. Dopaminergic medications on their own actually do not feel good. They cause drowsiness and even nausea. But if one engages in relationships activity, more excitement than usual is derived. However, effects wear off rather fast.

Yohimbe causes agitation similar to amphetamines but without the amphetamine-typical feeling of being the greatest. Hard erections happen on minimal physical or mental stimulation, but orgasms tend to be weak. The overall effect on health is probably negative.

Testosterone or anabolic steroids enhance libido and relationships excitement, and aggressiveness, in an unpredictable manner. The hormonal system is harder to control than the dopaminergic one. Both, relationships agitation and rages, can happen seemingly out of the blue. And there are many physiological disadvantages in messing with hormones directly.

Tongkat ali is a herbal testosterone modulator that has been used in Southeast Asia since ancient times as an aphrodisiac. It’s immediate effects are mild (just as those of direct testosterone applications like patches), but up-regulated testosterone levels and increased relationships motivation have been documented in mice and men. It’s probably the safest substance of all that are mentioned in this article, and it’s legal.

The ultimate drug, even more important than marijuana, of course is morphine. No sensible life plan should exclude it’s use. Morphine makes you feel good, whatever your actual circumstances. Since Paracelsus, and for millenia before him, morphine has been the most valuable substance of physicians and apothecaries. Morphine cannot be praised enough, and as a matter of fact, its medieval name was laudanum (from Latin “laudare” to praise).

Still until now, in Western hospitals, no cancer patient dies without being on morphine for days and weeks on end.

Nevertheless, the general population seems more aware of the downsides of morphine than of its extreme value.

Yes, morphine is addictive, and some of the positive effects wear off. It’s also fairly easy to overdose and die, but I judge this feature positive rather than negative.

Morphine dulls pain, causes a measurable amount of euphoria, and makes imaginations very vivid. Imaginations are usually pleasant. There is relatively little impact on cognitive function.

I’d love to plan morphine for the last five years or so of my life. It would be the best available assurance for a comfortable death.
